The huge outdoor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic year round climate. It is a great place to dine alfresco, do a bit of reading or to lie back and do nothing. Looking east from the terrace you can watch the waves and the whales, looking west you can watch the kids taking a swim or spa.

Property Description
This lovely Apartment is like a home away from home.
It has two televisions (one in main bedroom), DVD Player, Video player, Stereo system, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment has three bedrooms (two queen beds and two single beds) and two bathrooms. It also has a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries. It is on the ground floor and there is underground secure car parking with a lock up storage area.
Breakers 1/4 is located in a Resort complex. The Apartment overlooks the Pool, Spa and BBQ area. The Tennis court is approximately 50 metres away.
It really does have everything you need for a most enjoyable stay in Yamba.
